SHORT TERM / HOLIDAY SUSPENSION

Are you planning a vacation? Going away on vacation? Do you have to leave? We've got you covered!

AAs stated in your Teutonic CrossFit Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold. (Prepaid memberships we sell expire regardless of usage based on the specified prepaid period and cannot be placed on hold.) If you have a request for a long-term suspension due to injury, surgery or pregnancy, please read see the “LONG-TERM SUSPENSION” section below. If you are deployed or deployed on a temporary duty assignment, please review the “Military Membership Suspension Suspension” section below.** Before submitting your membership suspension request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the form below, you confirm that you have read and understood the following:

A member in good standing may only defer membership after the first two-month membership period has expired. Membership suspension requests are limited to three (3) times per calendar year for 90 days (cumulative). Membership suspension requests must be submitted at least (14) fourteen days prior to the desired suspension start date. The AutoPay in the member file must be confirmed and active. Membership billing will automatically continue in the month following the requested suspension date unless a member calls to unsuspend early. Use of the gym or its facilities during the “lockout period” will result in immediate reactivation of the membership; and the member's regular monthly membership fees will be charged. Once the lockout period expires, your account will automatically be reactivated and regular membership payments will resume. All membership fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel your membership during the blackout period, the standard 30 day written notice of cancellation set forth in your membership agreement will apply.

If you wish to reactivate your membership after termination, the membership prices in effect at the time of reactivation will apply (membership prices are subject to change).

LONG-TERM SUSPENSION

Unplanned injury? New baby on the way?!

We understand that injuries can occur, hopefully never inside the box, and that life circumstances change. We have designed this policy to be fair to our members and our company. By submitting the form below and checking LONG-TERM SUSPENSION, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following: Long-term membership suspension requests must be submitted at least (30) thirty business days prior to your upcoming scheduled renewal date (except in the event of a breach or short-term military deployment). Membership suspension requests received later cannot be processed until the upcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership fees are non-refundable. A member in good standing may extend membership for a maximum of six (6) months due to injury or pregnancy. In the event of a military deployment, please see the MEMBERSHIP CONTENT IN MILITARY OBLIGATIONS section below. The AutoPay in the member file must be confirmed and active during the hold period. Billing will automatically continue in the month following the requested lockout date unless a member calls to unsuspend early. Use of the gym or its facilities during the “lockout period” will result in immediate reactivation of the membership; and the member's regular monthly membership fees will be charged. Long-term membership suspension requests are limited to one (1) time per calendar year. Once the lockout period expires, your account will automatically be reactivated and regular membership payments will resume. All membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership during the blackout period, the standard 30 day written notice of cancellation set forth in your membership agreement will apply. If you choose to reactivate your membership after cancellation, the membership prices in effect at the time of reactivation will apply (membership prices are subject to change). *Please note: This policy applies to grandfathered memberships.

Suspension of military membership

Provide? Are you being sent on a temporary assignment at short notice? No problem!

As stated in your Teutonic CrossFit Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold. (Prepaid session memberships sold by us expire regardless of usage based on the specified prepaid period and cannot be placed on hold.) Before submitting your military service membership suspension request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the form below, you confirm that you have read and understood the following:

Military membership suspension requests must be submitted at least (24) hours prior to the suspension date.

In the event of the need to suspend the contract due to military service (e.g. deployment, temporary service), the rest period may be applied for an indefinite period and the following applies:

The deployment or temporary duty must be for a minimum of 7 consecutive days, with the member deployed at a distance of at least 50 km from their home station

Any suspensions will result in the member's contract being automatically renewed for the same number of days as the applicable suspension period

At Teutonic CrossFit's request, documented proof of deployment/temporary service in the form of an approved military order must be provided

In these cases, payments will be made according to the normal schedule of the original contract term. The total number of days of all suspensions for the current contract term added to the end of the contract will be treated as free or owed days and the member will not be charged any additional costs during this period.

Use of the gym or its facilities during the “lockout period” will result in immediate reactivation of the membership; and the member's regular monthly membership fees will be charged.
