Our foundation course consists of three one-hour personal training sessions led by our experienced trainers. We understand your hectic schedule and therefore work closely with each participant to identify suitable days and times. After successfully completing the basic course, you will receive a free fourth day on which your personal coach will accompany you through your first group course. This additional day is intended to make it easier for you to transition seamlessly into our diverse teaching options.
