About Teutonic CrossFit Fundamentals

*Required for all beginners*


Our Fundamentals course consists of three one-hour personal training sessions led by our experienced trainers. We understand your hectic schedule and therefore work closely with each participant to identify suitable days and times that are best for you. After successfully completing this course, you will receive a free fourth day on which your personal coach will accompany you through your first group class. This additional day is intended to make it easier for you to transition seamlessly into our group fitness classes.
