Originally from Staten Island, NY, I spent my high school years in Medford, NJ. My journey into movement and performance began as a stilt walker and juggler at Six Flags—a fun summer job that sparked a full-time pursuit of the circus arts. Forgoing the traditional college route, I
attended a circus school in Philadelphia, where I trained in trapeze, aerial silks, and hand balancing (just the basics—but enough to open the door to something bigger). That training led to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, where I worked on the stage crew, lived on a train, and traveled the U.S. for two unforgettable years.
After the circus, it was hard to settle into a “normal” routine. I bounced between a variety of jobs—including returning to perform at Six Flags—still searching for something that truly felt like home.
Four years later, I discovered CrossFit—and instantly knew I’d found it. Not only did it reignite my passion for movement and fitness, but it gave me the strong, supportive community I had been missing. Shortly after joining my first box, I met my now-husband, Chris (and my now-dog, Mavrik). Chris’s Air Force career brought us to Alaska, where we spent four incredible years.
During that time, I worked as a barista and shift supervisor at Starbucks and discovered a newfound love for hiking and the outdoors—all while keeping CrossFit a priority in my life. It was also during this time that I began attending ASU online to study biology, and I plan to continue pursuing my degree in the future.
In 2023, we relocated to Germany and joined Teutonic CrossFit soon after arriving. This is where my coaching journey began. With the guidance and mentorship of Andrew and Caitlin, I’ve grown so much as a coach and feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to help others
improve their lives through fitness.
My favorite CrossFit movements are anything gymnastics-related and Olympic weightlifting—not only because they’re the most fun, but because they constantly challenge me to push my limits and master new skills. I’m passionate about sharing that drive and energy to help athletes reach their goals and find confidence, strength, and joy in every session.
● When and where did you start Crossfit?
I started CrossFit in 2018 in West Berlin, NJ at CrossFit Furion (now closed) In Alaska, I was a member of Mat-Su CrossFit.
● Why do you coach?
I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can change not just your body, but your mental well-being too! It’s so rewarding to help people discover their own strength and resilience, and to be part of a supportive community where we all grow together.
● Got any hobbies?
Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me reading, playing video games, learning piano, or spending time with my husband and our dog. I also love traveling—especially around Europe—but I’m definitely more of a homebody at heart.
